“Our pets’ heads are falling off!” 

“Harry, I took care of it!”

It was a blast working with fellow photographer and dog lover, Krista! We work well together because (as I already mentioned) we both love dogs. She has two huge German shepherds! We are also both able to quote almost the entirety of Dumb and Dumber (I know what you’re thinking: Wow. Talented ladies.). Oh, and we were wearing matching Birkenstocks. So, you know, basically this was meant to be in my book.

The lovely Ms. Krista is down-to-earth, easy going, and up for anything! Plus, she is a natural in front of the camera and has a classic style that never looks dated. She chose to wear a simple striped blue linen dress, some gorgeous tortoiseshell glasses, and the aforementioned Birkenstocks. Add in a beautiful location like the Knoxville Botanical Gardens, a warm autumn evening, and you have a great recipe for branding photos. The beautiful foliage and stone walls are just crying out to be in photographs! I highly recommend it if you’ve never been. It’s a great spot for picnics or a casual walk among the flowers.
